I’m Natalie Hogan, and Hogan Group has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up around the business, from a very young age, I’ve seen first-hand how much pride we take in serving communities across North Wales and in standing by the people who rely on us.
My professional journey began at the Bangor weighbridge in 1998, where I learned the nuts and bolts of the Hogan operation and the importance of getting the details right every time. I was responsible for programming for our Construction department and ex-works customers before moving into the busy accounts team managing invoices, statements and queries.
It gave me a grounding in the business that no textbook ever could, and it’s shaped the way I work ever since – practical, hands-on and always focused on keeping things running smoothly for our customers and our teams.
Over the past 3 years I’ve focused more and more on building relationships with our local community and I now lead our PR, sponsorship, events and community engagement activities. Supporting these great initiatives is part of our mission to help build strong foundations for the future in North Wales.
I absolutely love working with our partners, local teams and community projects and seeing what great work we can all achieve together.
What matters most to me is that our colleagues feel proud to wear the Hogan name and that our customers know they can trust us – not just today, but for the long haul.
