A huge liquid screed project using Thermio Max FD. The total job size was circa 390m3 to 450m3.

Thermio Max FD is a high‑performance, low‑carbon flowing screed that creates a smooth, level surface ready for floor finishes in modern builds and refurb projects. It delivers rapid heat-up and cool-down, long-term comfort, and faster project completion with assured, repeatable results.

The site location was a bit close, it was under 3 miles away, and with this site so close the liquid screed did not have enough time to mix. Our Hogan team sorted the issue straight away, putting some added standing time and mixing in place, so there was no issues after that.
